SO FRESH SO CLEAN AMERICAN IPA

This is a straight-up American IPA…a firm hop bitterness with a supporting malt backbone.  A clean fermentation from our neutral American Ale yeast gives this beer a smooth and fresh finish.  This is smoother than other IPAs and ends with no harsh after-taste.

This first time I brewed this recipe as a homebrewer, I let my wife, Emily, taste it.  After that first sip she exclaimed, “It’s just so fresh and so clean!”
